I was wondering if any decorators keep decopac cake kits on hand in large quantities, how you store them or what kind of organizing system you have for them?

I don't keep them on hand anymore but the bakery I used to work in we use the 3 or 4 drawer roll away carts. We made some cardboard dividers and put them in there.

Then we labeled the front of the drawer with what was in there. We then filed all of the cards that come with the kit in an index file so we could pull it out when needed.

These were easy to access everything and we organized them in sports/girls/boys/cartoon/baby/wedding.... etc...
