what kind of bc... butter, crisco etc.? I should think a week or so... longer if it is all Crisco, but I am not sure either.
All Crisco...nothing that has to be refrigerated...so I'm thinking it has a pretty long shelf life since it is well wrapped in an AC kitchen?
checking wilton's site for their suggestion --
they say 2 weeks refrigerated.
BUT --- that is for the their NEW -- the HAD to make CHANGES recipe because of the new NO Trans Fat shortening.
HAH! it isn't just us -- even Wilton had problems w/ the stuff and had to change the recipes.
