What Exactly Is Chocolate Clay?

I have seen it used on cakes for figurines, etc but I am not sure what it is and how to use it! Jan - got any links you link-guru you icon_smile.gif

choclate clay is a medium made from chocolate and corn syrup that you can you for modeling figures, flowers, etc. Some people even cover their cakes with it. It It tastes good and I found it very easy to work with. Take a look at the rose in my photos. That was the white modeling pase recipe that I've attached. Here are a couple of recipes.
