For my state fair entry I want to have fireworks jutting off the top- which ordinarily I would do with floral wire.
It has to be all edible decoration...
I am looking for ideas on how to acomplish this.. I am clueless maybe its not possible??

dry spagetti pasta, you can dip/coat in royal icing or paint them with silver luster etc.

haven't tried it but if you want to experiment.... maybe you could boil it for half a minute to where it just starts to bend, then remove and dry it back up bent, so the fireworks go in different directions. ???

YOu also could pipe the desired afect onto a sheet of gelatine and use raw spagetti to prop it... pipe over the spaghetti though so not to see it as the other end would be in the cake... I have done this once and would love to give another go to make it more elaborate but it worked all the same... i just piped it on both sides and covered with edible glitter lustre..
