Just ordered 3d molds of baby and people from sugarcraft. New to this, just wanted to know how exactly to use them with mmf. Do I have to grease molds etc. before putting mmf or is using gumpaste better. Do I have to let dry before taking out of molds? Any help on this is greatly needed. I ordered molds because I am not good at molding people yet and really couldn't find a site to help me. Also how do I make different colors in the molds for clothes, hair, etc.

I think you can use either fondant or gumpaste. When I've ordered lace molds they came with instructions, so check your box. If there aren't any I'll be surprised.

I bought some molds off ebay (couldn't affor the sugarcraft ones icon_sad.gif ) and they work pretty well as long as the designs aren't too deep. I also picked up a dehydrator yesterday for $3 at a garage sale so I am hoping that will help with drying time. If it doesn't then I guess I will make some jerky!
