I'm about to turn out my first 1/2 sheet cake...i dont wanna break it...any suggsetions on the best way to turn out a cake this size?

There are a couple of ways to turn your cake. One you can freeze the cake and then dump it, it will be easy to work with. Or you can take your board that you want to put it on and lay it over the top of your pan and line up your pan so it is centered and just put one hand on top and one on the bottom and invert. I like freezing mine, they are so easy to handle that way, the problem with turning a cake that is just "cooled" down is once you invert it, it is almost impossible to move it if it is not on the board right, it will fall apart, at that point you have to freeze on your board, then pick it up and move it.
