I need some ideas. The theme is Snips and snails and puppy dog tails. I'm still looking in the photo gallery incase those key words are not listed. I did a search but only came up with a couple of topics. Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated. ![]()
I am thinking snails on the cake with the rearend ofthe puppy only stickingout from teh cake (the rear end/tail and maybe the hind paws0 I am funny like that though, not sure if they have a sense of humor like that lol
The cake is suppose to feed 40-50, and they are wanting some cookies too. I would love to do a tiered cake, but my brother is going to come get it and he will have to travel 100 miles or so with it, so I'm guessing I probably should just do a layered, 1/2 sheet or do a full sheet cake. I don't know how a tiered cake would hold up under his driving. Amanda, that is a cute idea. Foxy, thank you for googling it. I did google it and serched for a bit last night, but I guess I was tired and couldn't really find anything that struck my fancy. Dodibug, I have worked with fondant before, although I'm not very good at it. LOL..Anyway thanks all for the responses. I'm on page 17 in the gallery so I shall continue looking. Thanks guys..
I love the look of this page... you could duplicate the diamonds along the bottom of the page around the sides of the cake.

Pawprints would be cute too! You could write Snips n Snails and Puppydog tails on top of the cake, and then alternate snails and pawprints along the sides of the cake.
Is the baby shower for a boy or a girl?
Here is a cute one from the galleries for a girl. You could change it to a sheet cake..
