I have a lady wanting to purchase some Tiramisu from me, for personal eating, since apparently, she can't find it anywhere here in town. I had two questions:

1.) how should I present the Tiramisu to her? In a disposable aluminum dish? Or would there be something more appropriate?

2.) how much should I charge for an 8x8 or a 9x13 pan of it? What would be reasonable?

Thanks!

Hafner makes lady fingers baked into little charlotte sapes. The are perfect for Tiramisu individual servings

Give it to her in the pan. If she is just going to eat it she can dish it out, who cares what it looks like to begin with. If she is using it for company, she should cut servings out and dust it with cocoa. It is expensive to make so charge her what it takes to buy the stuff and then whatever you think is fair for your time. Consider a serving of tirimisu is at least $5-6 bucks at a restaurant.

ummm I want some now, love the stuff!! Good luck!
