got one...if you cut it in half you can use it on a sheet cake as a pregnant tummy. and debbie brown's 50 easy party cakes calls for a lot of bowl shaped cakes so could also use that pan to achieve that effect. some of her cakes are a toadstool fairy cottage, noah's ark, a beehive, a dragon....lots of cute stuff!

I just found this cake on CC galleries I think it's incredible and it goes with the season. The creator said she used a 12" hexagon cake and the mini ball pan. This is going in my favorites!!!!!, but just another use for the ball cake

Add to the list: a fish and Cinderella's coach (see my pictures). I have also used 1/2 of it for bugs and hills on a golf course.

I did a strawberry shortcake. It is in my photos. And since Halloween is coming up can use it for those pumpking cakes!

I used it for a football helmet, although not the whole sport ball pan. I used two 6 inch rounds, stacked, and then put half a sport ball on top. I also used half for part of Mickey Mouse's head and stuck ears in it (it's in my photos if you want to see it - it's a Dallas Cowboys helmet and the Mickey ears). Also, I've seen it used in dress or bikini cakes for the, ahem, bosoms!

I just used a mini ball cake as a head for a horse. I put it on top of a loaf and used a mini cupcake for the horse's nose. Sorry I don't have a picture.

I just used one half of the ball.

Great ideas here!
