How long does it take for fondant loops to dry before you can put them on a cake?

depends on what u're making them with.....gumpaste will harden fast (only need a day or 2)......MMF will take a while (give it at least a week).....a 50/50 combo of MMF/gumpaste will take a few days (2 or 3)......also depends on the thickness of ur loops and the humidity icon_biggrin.gif

I'd let them dry several days to hold their shape and not break.

I'd let them dry several days to hold their shape and not break. You can mix 50/50 fondant and gumpaste to make them dry faster.

If you roll it very thin....it could be dry overnight and ready to use. The thinner the faster.

Good luck thumbs_up.gif
