A pastor who saw my cakes and was highly impressed has invited me to his church to conduct a worshop on simple cake decorating for interested participants at a fee. Trouble is I don't know how to go about it. Does any one have an idea?
Not sure how much time you have but I remember my first cake class covered the basics: how to make buttercream, fill a piping bag, use different tips, color buttercream, crumb coat and ice.
