Does anybody know if there is such a thing as a low sodium cake? If so...do you care to share?

I have a guy that is wanting a cake, but is on a low sodium diet.

HELP!!!!

hmm, interesting. I would think to not use salted butter or salt. There's not much sodium to begin with in cakes....I guess it depends on what kind of cake he is wanting. Did he say?

I've never heard that request before - I hope you find something that works!

He didn't really say a certain cake type..I think I paniced when he said that cuz I couldn't think of anything. I thought about unsalted butter but he talked like it was a serious situation. LOL

I scanned the web and can't find anything. I told him, don't sit down and eat the whole thing at one time. He just laughed.

If I find anything I will post it.
