Maybe A Stupid Question?

this might be stupid...but what does everyone usually use for cake boards?? for the whole cake to sit on when traveling...or for display...whats the best thing to use?

Depends on the size of the cake, for regular and small cakes I use the boards from the cake shoppe. For larger cakes I use masonite boards. When traveling I put a piece of the rubber shelf liner underneath so it doesn't slide.

Tuff board under each tier, then doubled up if not a really large cake.......my most recent on, I had two tuff boards, and then an 18" mirror as the base under all of it.
