I have already done course 3. I did that last month. I had to go out of sequence because she was not offering 2 when I needed it. So I have finished with the 123 now I need something else to learn!! I cant wait for class 4 with the gumpaste. I am taking the candy class next month and then in December she is having a 2 hour project class on just roses, so that should be fun.... I really enjoy cake decorating!! icon_surprised.gif)

Your cake looks great! I am done my 2nd class next Wed! I can't get the mum either... does any one have any advice?? My mum looks like a scrawny pinecone!!!!

Your cake looks great !!

I'm starting Course 2 next Thursday and really looking forward to it. Another place in town is offering a bunch of cake and cookie classes soon, too - so much fun !!
