Ok- I am attempting a FBCT for my aunt's birthday cake. I have done CT, but not FBCT. I think the technique is simalar, but I have a question...
The icing will be chocolate, how do I make the FBCT so you can SEE it, but not completely backed with white? (Did that make sence?? icon_confused.gif ) The FBCT will be a little old lady... help please!!

I have made these A LOT. You can back them with the chocolate if you want to, or you can just do the colors slightly thicker and kind of squish them down when they are slightly set before freezing.

It should be fine in the freezer, just wrap it well to keep odor out.

I made my first one on Tuesday. I just did some circles and squares to play around and see what this was all about....it was SO COOL. I'm hooked!!!!!!!
