Do you have sanding sugar? It's really big crystals and quite shiny! It would look lovely! If you don't have any, you can find it at most cake stores, or a place like Michael's, etc. Good luck!

I'm going to michaels, will it say "sanding sugar"?

I don't know if they will say sanding sugar, but keep your eyes peeled for the colored sugar sprinkles. Hopefully you will find some white large crystal sugar along with the colored ones.

At Michael's you are most likely going to only find Wilton brand and I don't think they call it sanding sugar, but alanahodgson is right... it will be a bottle of large crystal sugar that will look almost clear, unless you want red to compliment the strawberries! Good luck!

You can use regular sugar for a frosted effect. The sanding sugar will work, but because the crystals are so big, it won't cover the whole thing, if that makes any sense?

Either way...those sound YUMMY and pretty!
