I don't know right off the top of my head but I have a little chart at home. Being that doesn't do you any good right now I found this link on the internet and hopefully it helps.

and yes you can definitely divide this recipe in half I do it all the time. However, the dough freezes really well too......sometimes I make the full recipe and then just freeze half. Then the next time I feel like making cookies I don't have to dirty the mixer or kitchen.

Here's a link to a chart that one of the members here, Crimsicle, posted for converting cups to grams. I recently bought a scale to use for my baking and I printed out a copy of this, which I use all the time!

You can make a half batch of the no fail cookie dough very easily, and it will work fine.

If you have more dough than you want to use right away, you can keep it in the refrigerator for a few days, or freeze for longer storage.

I often roll the extra between parchment paper sheets and freeze it already rolled out. When I want to make a few cookies, I just thaw a sheet of dough, cut it out and the cookies are ready to bake in a matter of minutes!

Kick
I have scales and a set of measuring cups. Whenever i get a recipe in cups, i just measure everything using cups, and then weigh it, then write down the grams measurements and keep them for next time.
