you have received a e card from a friend????
Don't open it, deadly computer virus in it....also you might get one that says you have received a e card from a friend from Hallmark and even from a classmate....FBI is investigating these right now...as of right now I have received 60!!!!! They all have been booted off of my computer by my awesome antivirus/spyware but ...I just heard about this on the news and (I haven't opened any of them just so you all know) they are saying it is very bad....will kill your computer dead dead dead! So becareful fellow cakers!!!
Just wanted to make sure you all know about this!
Thanks so much for sharing. I would hate to think that would happen. I can't go 3 hours without my computer. On the other hand I never open email from anybody that I don't know.
You can never be too cautious.

I have gotten about a million of those on my work email. Of course the one I was stupid enough to open I opened at home. It told me I now Had a virus and disrupted things but I think I got it all wiped off. I wish I knew more about computers.
I love ecards but never open one unless it says SPECIFICALLY who its from......I have read that companies like Hallmark are trying to get this stuff figured out so that these emails stop getting sent.......I get probably 3 or 4 of them daily! Ecard from a classmate, Ecard from a relative, Ecard from a co-worker etc.......... I just keep hitting delete.
I have also been getting several of these per day. I get SO MUCH SPAM in my yahoo account ... maybe 200 per day!!! It drives me insane. I've really been thinking about getting a new email address, but I've had this one ever since I got married 6 years ago. Anyway, thanks for the great info, Christi! ![]()
I have my hotmail account set to exclusive, so if I don't put you on my "safe" list then your email gets delivered to junk mail and deleted. Somehow, a spammer has gotten past this and keeps sending me emails that have the return address as [email protected]. I keep blocking the address and it keeps getting into my Inbox, so someone must have figured out how to get past MSN's security.
