The groom's cake I'm making is to be fondant covered with chocolate melt golf ball halves on the sides. Is there a way to adhere these two products or do I need to stick tooth picks into the golf balls before they harden and just skewer them through the fondant?

Thanks,
Dawn

You could skewer them or you could try using some BC or RI (just a dab on the back). You could also use a little bit of melted candy melts on the back.

You can adhere them with royal icing or chocolate the chocolate just takes a little longer to set up..But if they are really heavy you might want to do the toothpick thing to help them along for added security..
