Hi everyone,

My niece/god-daughter birthday is coming up soon and she loves brownies. I wanted to do a tiered cake out of brownie instead of cake mix. Has anyone done this? Thanks!

I love the idea! Isn't a brownie basically a thick cake? I don't see why it wouldn't work. It would probably be heavy, so I'd use some heavy duty dowels.
