I was up til 1AM making chocolate rosed from chocolate modeling paste....
then got up at 7.....
But I thought of a cute idea with those roses, I used Hershey's kisses as the base for them!
I'm sleepy too. I worked 8 hours everyday this week then went home and stayed up till midnight to help paint and lay new floors in the house because wedding guests are staying with us this weekend for a cousins wedding which I am doing two cakes for, and its my first wedding cake. I need a vacation!!! I have been so busy that I haven't got to practice anything and people at work keep asking why they haven't had cake in a couple of weeks. Sorry for complaining, but I feel better now. 
I'm at work drinking the biggest cup of coffee you have ever seen, LOL. 
how did you do that? did you just wrap the petals around them? did you make chocolate gumpaste? sorry with all of the questions
I made chocolate modeling clay or, as some call it, chocolate plastic. I wrapped the petals around the Hershey's kiss. It was a very "1 for me and 1 for you" kind of thing, as I was eating so many of them!!!!
Up the last three nights. Getting in bed at 430 am. Grandson who has acute bronchitis having breathing problems the first two nights. Last night it was me. I now have bronchitis. And getting up at 7 am to take care of him and others here. So I understand those who get no sleep and still work the next day.
