I have a few questions about this cake.
First how much would you charge for it? The customer wants a filling.
How many people do you think it would feed?
And how the heck would you travel with it?

Thanks!!

From what I can tell about the photo, it looks like it maybe a 2 layer full sheet cake. A full sheet single layer would serve 96 on a 2x2 serving, on a double layer you could cut it in slices and probably get 150 out of it, depending on your slices though. It looks like they either printed edible sheets to do the front or they may have gotton that corregated border to put around it. I would say at least $150.00 on this one, thats alot of cake and icing, not to mention the train cars. This cake will be heavy so you would need some strong support on the bottom to be able to carry it.

I would transport it like a wedding cake and make the track at the party and add the train cars. If the party is smaller maybe you could just do three cars, and engine, middle car and a caboose. Wilton used to make a train pain that was 3-d for the engine.

Good Luck
