How far ahead can I bake a 1/2 sheet cake for decorating if I am not freezing it. Do I have to make it the day I am decorating or can I make it the day before? 2 days before?Thanks so much.Sarah
I normally bake one day and decorate the next. Make sure you cover the cake once it's cool so it doesn't dry out.
