So I realized, I'm absolutely horrible at coming up with cake and filling combos when they stray from the (my) ordinary!
Here is what I have: A customer wants a cake with Fresh Mango and Strawberries. No problem.
But what flavour of cake goes with those!! Would a mango cake go with strawberry filling? Would a strawberry cake go with mago filling? I was initially thinking of a coconut cake with alternate layer of a mango filling and a strawberry filling. But she is allergice to coconut.
Ideas? Maybe a WASC with fresh strawberries and a fresh mango and whipped cream filling?

Heres a BUMP for you. When I read through your post yesterday I related to it because IMO these are the two yummiest fruits! Before I read your last line I was thinking WASC cake with fruit layers...
Would love to see the more creative minds out there give suggestions.
