Ditto!

Get the Agbay. You'll wonder how you ever baked without it. I torte so that I have four layers per tier, so I needed the Delux.

I ordered the Agbay July 3rd and it came July 6th! I needed it for a wedding cake that following Sunday. Worked like a charm, it was for my first large stacked cake and I wanted to make sure it was level. I was able to make each tier 4 layers. You can use it to shave just a bit off so all your tiers will be equal height. Best investment I made this year.

The agbay is on my "I Wish" list. Maybe some day. In the mean time, I use the large Wilton leveler and hated it at first, but someone on here told me the way to make the layers level. You run the blade about 1/2 to 1 inch into each side of the cake. Then slice through the cake using your precut lines as a guide. Does that make sense? She explained it a little better than that, I think.

I was using the small wilton leveler and a bread knife for bigger cakes. It worked but I had to work arounnd when my hubby was home to help me. I finally decided since I got a wedding cake to do in sept I went for the plunge and bought the Agbay and I LOVE it! THey ship very fast!

The Agbay was one of those things on my "Why would I spend that kind of money for a cake leveler? list." I finally listened to everyone else and bought one. BEST investment in my business I've made in a while. Forego something else and get an Agbay. You will not be sorry.
