Does anyone have a really good recipe or ideas for a chocolate fudge buttercream icicng that is easy enough to spread but does not like seperate.I tried one the other day and it was just so hard to use for decorations and borders. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Hi ccbakes! When I make chocolate buttercream I just add cocoa powder (sometimes a little extra liquid is necessary), but as far as the fudge part I'm not sure if that's what you mean. Janice

I use canned chocolate frosting amd mix it with regulare BC frosting. I use 2parts BC and 1part choc. fudge icing. This works great!
