Hi and Welcome, ritapardo. icon_smile.gif

Here's a list of CC acronyms:

Haven't tried fooby's recommendation, but it looks luscious.

For very simple to make chocolate b/c:
(That tastes great!)

Or if you feel very creative, Toba Garrett's chocolate b/c:
(Made with chocolate ganache.)

Everything you ever wanted to know about ganache:

I use my regular 1/2 butter 1/2 crisco recipe, but add 4 squares of bakers chocolate and a few drops of almond flavoring... its YUMMY!

I get my white BC and add some cocoa to it.
I buy the nestly packs of cocoa and add some milk.

I wish I can tell you the amounts that I use, but I just normally eye-ball it
I tried it this past weekend and I loved it.

HTH!
