Fred is a very possitive guy. he likes nachos and frozen yogurt. The cartoons have alot of bright neon colors paired with dark purples and black. He also like music so you could do something with that with him saying "I LIKE MUSIC!!" or something like that. I would probably do a fondant covered round with a cutout of him and some things he likes around the sides.
