HI

I am wondering if someone could possibly help me? I have to make two train cakes one is thomas and on is Percy. They need to be 3D. Can anyone tell me how much to charge? One is going to be white cake and the other chocolate and I think I will cover in buttercream? Maybe I should use fondant.....

Thanks!

Tammy

There's a Thomas train in my photos that is done all in buttercream .....I charged $40 for it. I used the super-enhanced cake mix recipe which is more like a pound cake texture and it worked quite well. My price may not be too accurate for you though, I'm from a small town in Canada. For fondant, I would have charged at least $50.

I also have a Thomas in my photos you can check out. I charged $55 for mine with the little trains too.
