I buy everything I can from country kitchen because it comes lightning fast and the prices are right. I don't have a preferred brand, but don't usually find a need for 3" pans. All of mine are 2" but one set I bought for a wedding coffee cake.

I agree www.countrykitchen.com they have a good selection and they are super fast. I usually get my order within a day or two.

Most people will tell you that Magic Line pans are the best.. nice sharp corners and they last a long time. I have all 2" pans.. no need for 3 inch unless you are talking springform pans for cheesecake.. then the taller the better! icon_wink.gif

I have mostly wilton pans, but am slowly converting to magic line.. HTH's! icon_biggrin.gif

I also order from Country Kitchens because they have the best prices and their shipping is very reasonable.

I have to say Magic Line pans are my preference. I have the round pans in 4", 6", 8" and 10". I have the 9 X 13 and the 12 X 16 rectangle pan. My birthday is next month and I have some square pans on my wish list.

I also love the Magic Line pans...especially for the square and rectangle pans...you can't beat their nice straight perfect corners! The cakes themselves seem to be a lighter color too when you bake in them...they don't get dark and look overbaked. I buy mine at a local cake store so I don't pay shipping.

Magic Line (or Parrish) are my favorites...the corners are crisp and the sides perfectly straight....Wilton pans are not straight and I don't like them. They are really cheap though, especially if you use the coupon at Michaels, etc.... but I still don't like 'em icon_biggrin.gif

I forgot to mention I only buy the 2" pans.

I am not sure why that Shimmer Dust ad is on my post, because I didn't do it.

I got my Magic Line pans from cakepans4less.com. I get the 2 inch high pans. Their shipping takes a while though so probably Country Kitchens might be a better alternative if your looking for faster shipping. HTH.

Another vote for Magic Line.

I buy from Into The Oven or The Ultimate Baker online.
