HI. I live in the St. Petersburg, FL area and was wondering if anyone knows of any local cake decorating classes other than the Wilton classes. I am looking for more a one on one kind of class that really gets down to decorating. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have any cake stores in your area? That would be a good place to start as they often have different types of classes. Also you can check with the local community college as they sometimes have cake decorating classes.
