Contact the county's tax appraisal office where you think this person might own some property. You can look up a person's name and see what proeprty they own. I do this all the time for my job.

Some offices offer 'on-line' services, some are free and some you have to actually go to the appraisal office and look up the information.

Most of the county's have tax info and appraisals on line. It is a matter of public record. We just did some searchs and put in the info we were looking for under our county tax appraiser, everything was there that we needed. If you don't have access , you can go to the office and they will look it up for you and you can get a copy of course you have to pay for them. You can also go to the records division and look up property yourself, its a maize, but once you know how to find stuff it is pretty easy.
