I would like to make a fondant cake glossy/shiny without changing the color. Super pearl changes the color too much. The fondant is a baby blue. I will take all suggestions!

How about a light sprinkling of silver luster dust or sanding sugar. I am really clueless on this.

I am new to this, and my only suggestion is to use rolled buttercream instead of fondant because it has a glossy finish. HTH.

Approximately how much glycerin to how much water and will it go through an airbrush? I would like the coloring to be as even as possible.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I will give them all a try.

Michele
