What is you favorite flavor or type of cake?
What cake flavors do you most often get orders/requests to make from your family, customers and friends?
I love chocolate and coffee cakes whith whipped cream toppings!
People often request chocolate cakes....
I had been making alot of french vanilla, but I tried the vanilla caramel, and man...I can't get anything else! I was able to make a chocolate with raspberry filling over the weekend.
edited to say raspberry....don't know what the heck I was attempting to spell 
My most requested flavor, even from my DH who loves my chocolate fudge cake, is my french vanilla with red raspberry filling. Second most requested is my chocolate fudge cake. I have also done the chocolate fudge with red raspberry filling.
Will soon start trying the vanilla/caramel, but haven't had a chance yet.
Just in case it may give others ideas, I'll post my entire flavor listing...

Fresh coconut cake with whipped icing and shredded coconut
Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and white chocolate frosting
Italian cream cake...can't go wrong with this one...
