Don't do this at home (and learn from my mistake). You cannot add a pint of whipped cream (already whipped) to bettercream that's already whipped. It won't get thick enough for decorating. I tried to rewhip it, put in freezer and rewhip and nothing worked. I did however, set my sunbeam at the highest speed and found out that the centrifugal force will send whipped cream/bettercream all over your walls, floor, refridge, etc. Luckily, I had a box of the Wilton's Whipped Icing on hand to frost and decorate the cake. Now I think I'll make a cake for at home with some flat cream/bettercream mixture for frosting. I don't think it will drop off the top, but it couldn't really be piped either.

Oh no!! What a mess! I've never done ANYTHING like that! icon_smile.gif My kitchen is partial to confectioner's sugar still - after I don't know how many cakes and I still sometimes forget to slow the speed down icon_smile.gif!!
