I have a couple of questions, I hope someone wants to help a newbie
OK . When do you carve the tiers in the right shape? Do you have any fillings in the cakes, are you in that case carve them after or befor you put it in the cakes? I'm most curious how you carve the bottom side on the second and third tiers...?
How do you get the fondant right along the sides, the diameter is really smaller at the bottom?!
