I was just wondering who has used this recipe? It seems like it would taste alot better then regular MMF, but is the texture and everything the same??

I have used it in fact have some made right now. it does taste good I think it was a bit stretchier than some I've used I like it though. HTH
This is the recipe I use for MMF. I love it. It rolls out like regular fondant does. I found the other recipes to be dry and very thick with no elasticity. I just used the lemon juice in mine and it came out great. ( i didn't have lemon extract or the cookie emulsion) I really think the corn syrup is what made it so flexible.
I like it SO much better than the other MMF. The corn syrup does give some elasticity, which makes it so much easier to work with, and it doesn't dry out as badly.
