Does anyone know the c/lb ratio. Like an idiot I thought I'd save money and buy the big 7lb bag of confectioner's sugar at Sam's club because I have 2 cakes this week (another stupid idea). I figured since they are both BTC icings I'd make a big batch only I have no idea how to seperate it!! I'm using sewsweets CBTC recipe which calls for 6lbs so I need to measure the rest out and save. Can anyone help me???? icon_cry.gif
Thanks in advance

Subtract 4 cups from your 7 lb bag to get the 6 lb you need.

Now if you could just watch my teething 15 mth old and lend me a foot as I nearly broke mine last week and have to wear an ace and silly shoe I think I just might get these cakes done on time! LOL!! icon_lol.gif
