Tracking/organizing Completed Cakes

I am looking for input on how others organize the cake orders that they have completed. I was thinking of organizing alphabetically by the persons name who ordered, with a small picture of the cake and any pertinent details such as flavor, maybe things to do differently next time, if they were hard to please, etc. Thought this might be useful for personal reference, also if they order again and refer back to some aspect of a cake they have gotten before? Do any of you do anything like this?? Right now I have pictures of the cakes I have done, but thats it. Would love the input of all your experience!! 
I have an order form for every cake. I place my sketch with it and a small pic of their cake. If it's a birthday, sometimes I'll call them the next year to see if they need another.
