Grandson's 3-D Plane Cake

This is my first 3-D cake done for our grandson's 4th birthday! It was fun to do except the Faux Fondant was a pain to get to stick to the cake and smooth! It's humid and rainy here so I'm using that as an excuse!! He loved it and they saved the pilot for a keepsake before letting him rip into it!

I like that you continued your theme on the cake plate- the rain is supposed to stop on Monday - Tuesday and Thursday-Friday of next week -if we are lucky. Enough is enough.
