I have the 2007 wilton year book, inside the front there is a picture of a cake decorated with drapes and candy and on the top there are three striped circle lollipops. i cannot find how to make them if they are made, and wondered if anyone can advise please, are they made or purchased.

It's just not you - I can't find it either....
TOTAL GUESS: get yellow fondant and an equal peice of green fondant. Roll into a 'log" then take a small piece od white and roll into log - maybe 2 whites logs. Roll that into large log keeping colors together then roll that down small - and then twist. If you have every watch anyone make a pepermint stick then you know what I am talking about.
