A few weeks ago there was a post on here about a chocolate filling that was made with pudding and whipping cream... it was a "taste-alike" to I think what they use at Sam's club... Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I did a search for it, but I can't come up with anything.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Erin

Well, I just made chocolate filling literally about 5 minutes ago. I use about 3/4 cup regular milk and a box of chocolate pudding and mix them together in the mixer on a low speed. (Some people call it "blooming" the pudding.) Then after it's all mixed together, I add 1 1/4 cup of heavy cream and add it to the mix and slowly speed the mixer up until it's on high. After a few minutes you'll have a thick stiff mousse like filling!!

And it's yummy icon_wink.gif

I have actually just substituted all the milk with heavy whipping cream. Got the idea from this recipe on CC...

And have used it for other flavors then just the cheesecake pudding mix(although that one is amazing!) Jen
