My husband took an order for a baby shower cake. It was the rubber duck cake you can see it on my photos. The lady wanted it airbrushed pink instead of the blue (that was supposed to represent water). I thought that would be strange, but that is what she wanted. I hated everything about the cake, but there again that is what she wanted. My husband managed to hit the walk-in refrigerater door with the cake as he was putting it in and the entire cake slid and smashed into the side of the box. Not a total disaster but there was obvious damage. I went to make another cake because I didn't want to fix the first one. I hated the cake so much I decided to make a onesie cake (also pictured in my photos) and if she didn't like it then I would repair the duck cake.
Now here cames the funny part. My husband called to let her know that her cake was done and she could come and get it....well the cake was ordered for Aug. 4th not July 28th. 
So next week I have to make the cake again!!! It did work out though because we told her that she could come get a cake to have so she could sample it. She decided that she liked the onesie cake so the good thing is I don't have to make that ugly duck cake again 
haha! I agree, the cake is cute, but the pink is weird! I LOVE the onesie cake..very adorable! I can see why she loved the onesie cake so much!
Sometimes folks get bad ideas. That sounds like one heckuv an ordeal! The story of my life lately!
