Did you add any Gumpaste or Gum Tex to your fondant?

Sorry - just now noticed your question. Nope, I did not add anything to the fondant. Just let it dry for a few days & it was fine. If I had needed it to dry more quickly I would have added some gum-tex. Hope this helps!

Thank you Bec. I am assuming you used Wilton Fondant? MMF just doesn't seem to dry enough to do something like this.

Actually, it was MMF. Worked just fine. I use Peggy Weaver's recipe but I add more Crisco when I'm using the clay gun.
