For this recipe, you use semi-sweet? and how much is an oz. like 1 tsp.?
Any good dark chocolate would work, semi sweet is fine. You'd probably be best off weighing but 1 cup of chocolate chips is 6 ounces.
1 oz of sugar equals 2 tblsp. semi or bittersweet chocolate is fine
