HI everyone! I have been lurking for awhile and finally got around to posting some of my pictures.

I wanted to say how awesome everyone here is! I have gotten so much inspiration from the photo gallery.

I completed Wilton Course 1 and am in the middle of Course 2 (last class is Wednesday, I better get moving on my flowers icon_surprised.gif ). I absolutely love decorating! My aunt has been making cakes for years without any formal training and is now jealous of some of the things I've learned to do. I've offered to assist her in learning because she's not able to attend the classes.

Anyhow I just wanted to say Hi!

i just checked out your photos... super cute work! i especially liked the swimming pool. Those kids are adorable! Welcome to our addiction!

I just use the giant Cake Icer tip and a spatula heated in water and my turntable...oh and a TON of time...it takes me forever to ice a cake smooth...I want to try the upside down method this week...
