We don't know the circumstances as to why they used food stamps for there cake, why not use it for something good you may be on hard timed and its your child's birthday, its not like your getting beer or something you can't eat.

the feds law says that the seller has to sell certain listed types of foods, from all of the food groups......balanced eating & such..... which is why candy stores and cake shops are not supposed to take them.  It's on the government page about who can accept them.
