I need your help.
I am now in the process of making pokemon chocolate transfer for my son's bday cake. I read that its easier to use the parchment paper for the chocoalte melts BUT i cant seem to do it right. I have followed the Wilton's way of folding the parchment paper triangle into a bag, but is just not working...
Any tips you guys can share with me to make this work???
Do you think I can just use my trusty old disposable bags and tip #1/2 for it??
Anything would help>

Thanks in advance.

this site has a video on how to fold:

but I prefer disposable plastic as can melt the chocolate right inside them in the microwave

sneaky trick -- two bags! one w/ coupler and tip -- the other to melt.

slip melted inside the other and way you go.

tho' if good w/ the scissors -- who needs a tip -- just cut off a little bit of the end for a small hole.

Doug,
Thanks for the video link. That was great.

Now, I feel better using my disposable bag and coupler/tips for my candy melts knowing that someone as great a decorator like you uses one as well.
Thanks for the great tip too!!! I'll be using them tonight when I do some pokemon pieces for practice.

Thanks a lot!!!
