I have a friend that want's a Lightning McQueen cake. I will be using the character pan + an 11x15 cake. I am so not sure how much to charge. can anyone pleassssse help.
Be careful about doing a character pan cake & selling it....those are copyrighted. I know people do it but I've read you can get in trouble....
As far as the sheet cake, depends on where you live and what they go for. Around here I can get $40 for an 11 x 15 single layer.
I live in KY and usually, I get about $35-$40 for an 11 x 15 with another cake on top. If it is just a simple round or other pan on top, I go with the $35, but if it is something special I have to cut out or make up myself, $40. Of course, if it is a good friend only $25.
