I made cream cheese icing on 9/10 for a cake and I still have enough in the fridge to ice another cake. Do you think that it is still good? It didn't smell bad at all and tasted fine to me; I just don't feel like making icing but want to make a cake for a pot luck after church on Sunday.

Argh, I don't...I think I will just pitch it...I don't want anyone to get sick.
It's a rainy day here anyways and not like I have anything else to do (yeah right)!!! I will just make a new batch! ![]()
